At Willz & Fillz, we are committed to delivering quality fitness equipment backed by reliable customer support. Our warranty system is designed to provide peace of mind and practical solutions in the rare case of product issues.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
All products come with a warranty period as mentioned on your invoice, effective from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Breakdowns under normal, intended use
If any component is found to be faulty due to manufacturing error, we will supply a free replacement part. Our team will assess the issue through photos or videos submitted online and guide you with the best solution.
For machine-based products, more advanced replacements or resolutions may be arranged depending on the situation.
HOW WE SUPPORT YOU
• Simply send us a WhatsApp message or email with a photo/video of the issue.
• Our technical team will conduct an online examination.
• If the issue falls under warranty, we will send the necessary part via courier.
• If not covered, you will still have the option to purchase original spare parts at reasonable prices.
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
• Misuse, improper installation, or physical damage
• Overuse beyond intended limits (e.g., gym use unless commercial-grade)
• Water damage, impact, or user-modified components
Our team will always inspect and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty terms.
DELIVERY OF REPLACEMENT PARTS
We provide fast, islandwide courier delivery for any parts or components that require replacement. Installation guidance can also be provided remotely if needed.
FINAL DECISION & POLICY CHANGES
• All warranty and support decisions are subject to final approval by the company.
• Willz & Fillz reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time, without prior notice.
• All customer claims and requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the company.
